Processing payments since 1979, EPX is an industry original. Accept Any Transaction Type

Increasing your repeat business has never been simpler. Keep customers coming back by easily setting up recurring payments for goods or services they can't get enough of. Customize payment frequencies, manage memberships, and more.

For businesses that need the ability to pre-authorize sales or make tip adjustments, securely store transaction tokens that can be sent to our in-house processor when it's time to capture the payment. These tokens can also be used to conveniently process voids and refunds remotely, with no need for the customer to provide their payment method again.

Fast Funding

By default, you'll get Next Day Funding which connects you with your funds in just one business day, with no extra charges or fees. Transactions from Monday through Friday that were closed before 10 p.m. ET will be deposited into your bank account the next business day. Transactions closed on the weekend will be deposited on Monday.

If you need your deposits faster, take advantage of our Same Day Funding option. Same Day Funding allows all transactions closed before 10:30 a.m. ET to be deposited into your account that same day.

Merchant Account Provisioning

As a Merchant Account Provider, all onboarded merchants process on their own Merchant Account, with their own MID (Merchant ID). Merchants that process with their own MID have more control over their finances and payouts.

Our free Online Merchant Portal is a complete support package for merchants to manage key aspects of their business from any device. The portal helps merchants keep tabs on business activity, get answers to questions via live chat, and even process credit cards in their browser using the Virtual Terminal.

Monitor and Report

View custom reports in the portal for business insights that help keep productivity and profits high. View end-of-day summaries and custom-curated data from any device, or download a CSV version to easily share with the team. Portal reports provide data about gross sales, deposits, number of transactions, discounts, refunds, voids, and more. With access to information like the average transaction amount in a batch and daily processing average, you can easily analyze sales to ensure everything stays on target. To drill down further into business metrics, reporting can be organized by card brand, payment method, and more.

  • Whether receipt paper needs to be restocked or additional payment hardware is needed, you can skip the phone calls and order your own supplies. It just takes a few clicks to update account information, like shipping addresses or bank accounts.
  • Alerts can be set to notify the team when batch volumes are low or high, when chargebacks occur, and more.
  • You can even check your own TIN match status at any time to avoid IRS penalties and B-Notices. And when it seems like there's too much to do, the portal helps you delegate to trusted employees by granting access to multiple users, with options to customize their permissions.

Partnering with us grants you extra support when it comes to fraud protection. The North Hub helps you monitor and process chargebacks, upload supporting documentation, and get notified when action is required. Disputes can be filtered by status, such as “Under Review” or “Closed,” which makes dispute resolution as easy as possible. The North Merchant Portal helps you:
