Payments
We offer diverse payment and transaction solutions to handle any payment method that’s presented. Accepted payment types include VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
Boarding
Our flexible merchant boarding processes are designed to integrate seamlessly with your business. An application can be submitted and signed completely electronically with just a bit of information from merchants. Our merchant contracts and onboarding communications can be whitelabeled, and the onboarding process can even accommodate partners who want to take on some or all underwriting liability. Onboarding can be completed through our Merchant Boarding API or the Payments Hub portal, which provides a user interface for agents and merchants to complete digital enrollment applications.
The Merchant Boarding API provides a means to integrate your portals and systems into our processes. It allows you to simply provide merchant information during the boarding process or maintain a separate relationship with your merchants and supplement our boarding process with your own.
Boarding using the Merchant Boarding API typically follows one of two paths. ISV users can create a new application with minimal data, then call an endpoint that will email a link to the merchant to finish and sign the application. This endpoint is called “Send application by external key for merchant completion.”
ISV users can also collect and submit all merchant information. This can be done using an endpoint that gets a PDF of the full application, which can be appended to another agreement, or users can collect their own merchant signatures.
