Get merchant account data including Underwriting status and decisioning notes, transaction parameters, PCI and TIN status, and more.

Get merchant pricing data including pricing model, qualified discount rates, and more.

Equipment

Get merchant equipment data including equipment type, terminal close time and other settings, AVS and Cash Discount settings, and more.

Workflow

Get merchant workflow data including the status of the account application as it's processed through our systems.

Disputes

Search for disputes associated with a given MID and get data such as the dispute case number, date, type, status, and more.

Support Tickets

Search for support tickets associated with a given MID and get data such as ticket ID, date submitted, ticket status and subject, action needed, and more.

Release Notes


Changes to this API are released to the Sandbox environment approximately one month before the Production environment. This is intended to provide developers with enough time to implement and test the changes before the Production environment is affected. Two versions of the specification are published to reflect the current state of each environment. Toggle between the Production and Sandbox versions on the API specification page.
